Moses, a deaf boy, goes on a field trip with his class to a young people's concert. At the concert, Moses learns that the percussionist, Marjorie Elwyn, is also deaf. His teacher hands out balloons so the children can feel the music. After the concert, Ms. Elwyn lets the class play her instruments. Moses tells his parents about the concert and how anyone can achieve their dreams if they set their mind to it.
