2 tablespoons tamarind juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce
11/2-2 tablespoon palm sugar
GREEN SAPAYA SOM-TUM

1.Crush dried shrimp in a mortar.
Add chilli and garlic.
2.Add green papaya and peanuts.
Crush and mix well.
3.Put in fish sauce , lime juice ,
tamarind juice , and palm sugar.
Add cherry tomatoes and long beans.
Crush together.
4.Put on dish and serve immediately

                       3 large carrots
       遜 cup raisings dried prapes
        1 tablespoons sesame seeds
            1 tablespoons lime juice
         1 tablespoons orange juice
                2 tablespoons honey
1.Finely grate carrots , put into a boel.
Add raisins and sesame seed . Mix well.
2.combine juices and honey , pour over carrots. Mix well .
3.Cover and keep in refrigerator until serving time.

      11/2 tablespoons gelation powder
                       遜 cup cold water
                    遜 cup boiling water
                    他 cup brown sugar
                   他 cup plain yoghurt
1.Blend mango flesh in a blender.
2.Put gelatin powder in cold water.
Stir in boiling water.
Add to mango flesh.
3.Stir sugar and yoghurt in a bowl.
Add to mango-gelatin mixture.
4.Pour into cups and put in refrigerator for 6 hours.
