When the dealers enter the pre function area, they
see a Photo Wall which shall be placed with fish wire/
standing frames and the pictures shall be placed in
wooden frames along the alley.
We can also place 4 ft. x 4 ft. box on the floor (as per
the reference) to give the premiumness of the
picture quality.

This area shall be the GO PLAY area where the
bloggers shall also find the selfie booth to click their
pictures and post online.

Once the dealers experience the first look of the
pictures through the pre function area they enter into
the demo rooms which will showcase the actual feel
of the product.
This area can be technology enabled with
touchscreen, AR/VR units which will allow the
bloggers to experience the fun and play factor by
choosing their best pictures and rating them, there
and then.

This demo zone shall be compact and shall have a print in the center and
on the both side with the phone features and USP. There shall be a
product display area in the center with specifications card.
We shall create few blocks with covered glass which would give a premium
look to the specially selected photographs and shall place a box for the
bloggers to write their one word comment for the pictures. This will
engage them to spend more time on the unit as they best comment wins a
free bie at the end of the event.
