ACTIVITY FEEDS This component is considered the main stream that will include all kinds of posts shared by all users (News, Announcements, Events, Vacancies, O鍖ersetc). Users will be able to do the following: View Personalized Feeds Add New Posts View Shared Posts Interact with Posts INTERNAL COMMUNICATION FEEDS This component provides various features and functionalities that mainly focus on leveraging the means of communication between the organization and its internal employees as follows: Posting News and Announcements Posting Events Posting Internal Vacancies F E A T U R E S GROUPS The core of ITWORX HUB is bringing together employees from di鍖erent departments into a centralized place where they can share resources and inputs for certain topic which can be a project or can be social interest. MEDIA GALLERY Users will have access to photo and video galleries published by the organization. APPS AND SERVICES ITWORX HUB supports integration with third party systems through web services. CONTENT MANAGEMENT ITWORX HUB is designed to allow for e鍖cient handling of content through various easy to use and friendly tools suitable for any content author/manager either with IT background or not. PORTAL ADMINISTRATION Admins will be able to control portal widgets as needed including ability to edit widget name, and select whether to enable a widget or not. Admins will also be able to change the portal logo and background image for a more personalized experience. HuBOT ITWORX is introducing Chat Bot to be integrated into ITWORX HUB (named HuBOT). Chat Bot is a service that is supported by arti鍖cial intelligence rules to facilitate communication with users and interact with them through a user-friendly chat interface that accelerates the learning process. User will be able to access HuBot from inside ITWORX HUB main page and enjoy the following features: Natural Language Conversations Search ITWORX HUB Content Utilize Dynamic Knowledgebase Helpful Tips Integration with 3rd Party Systems ITWORX HUB supports integration with 3rd party solutions web services (APIs). Our skilful graphics team will prepare branding designs that re鍖ect the organization identity and communication objectives. LANDING PAGE Once an employee logs onto ITWORX HUB, they will be directed to their landing page which is considered the key for all employees engagement with the portal, designed to provide all the information shared by the organization and provide access to various components, features, and functionalities. TRENDING DOCUMENTS Each employee will view their documents that are de鍖ned to be the most trending according to the employees preference and interactions. HAPPINESS METER This feature is designed to help organizations track the levels of satisfaction of their employees. Users will be able to choose from (Sad, Happy, Neutral) to express how they feel. ITWORX HUB USERS FEEDBACK Users will have the chance to express how they feel regarding using ITWORX HUB, where they will be able to choose from (Sad, Happy), in addition to adding their comment before submitting the feedback. ORGANIZATION SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS Users will be able to view the feeds of their company from various social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, FB Page). All the tweets posted by the organization will be streamed in widgets at the landing page. ORGANIZATION MEDIA GALLERY Employees will be able to view videos and images published by the organization. Admin will be responsible for publishing and deleting the media material periodically. WEATHER WIDGET The weather widget information shall be retrieved from an external web service. ONLINE HELP ITWORX HUB will include a group of videos to guide users on how to utilize its main features in a friendly yet e鍖cient ways. In addition, users will be able to start conversations with HuBOT and get answers to their inquiries 24/7. PEOPLE DIRECTORY ITWORX HUB users will be able to reach their colleagues faster through this page which includes a list of all the employees in the organization. This page was designed to follow the latest trends used in social media platforms such as Facebook, to give users a sense of familiarity and friendliness when using Our product. SEARCH CONTENT Users will be able to search the portal components using this functionality, where they will be able to insert keywords, and consequently view the results page.
