be able to sign into ITWORX HUB using their domain account
Username and Password with their same authorization levels.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

PORTAL ADMINISTRATION
Admins will be able to control portal widgets as needed
including ability to edit widget name, and select whether to
enable a widget or not. Admins will also be able to change
the portal logo and background image for a more
personalized experience.
HuBOT
ITWORX is introducing Chat Bot to be integrated into
ITWORX HUB (named HuBOT). Chat Bot is a service that is
supported by arti鍖cial intelligence rules to facilitate
communication with users and interact with them through a
user-friendly chat interface that accelerates the learning
process. User will be able to access HuBot from inside
ITWORX HUB main page and enjoy the following features:

For each organization, ITWORX HUB is designed to be
customized and branded with the end-user brand guidelines
including logos, fonts, and colours. Portal appearance will be

will follow prede鍖ned styles. Each department will have its
own Cover Photo, and Logo as de鍖ned by customer. Our skilful
graphics team will prepare branding designs that re鍖ect the
organization identity and communication objectives.

This feature is designed to help organizations track the levels of
satisfaction of their employees. Users will be able to choose
from (Sad, Happy, Neutral) to express how they feel.
ITWORX HUB USERS FEEDBACK
Users will have the chance to express how they feel regarding
using ITWORX HUB, where they will be able to choose from
(Sad, Happy), in addition to adding their comment before
submitting the feedback.
ORGANIZATION SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS
Users will be able to view the feeds of their company from
various social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, FB Page). All
the tweets posted by the organization will be streamed in
widgets at the landing page.
ORGANIZATION MEDIA GALLERY
Employees will be able to view videos and images published by
the organization. Admin will be responsible for publishing and
deleting the media material periodically.
WEATHER WIDGET
The weather widget information shall be retrieved from an
external web service.

how to utilize its main features in a friendly yet e鍖cient ways. In
addition, users will be able to start conversations with HuBOT
