1. Q : Can you tell me something about
yourself ?
A : My name is Ratna Puspita
Maharani, I’m 24 years old. I’m a
graduate from economics Gunadarma
University. I live with my family in
Bekasi city. I’m honest in the work I do
dan try to give my best to the work.
2. Q : How did you hear about the
position?
A : I hear this position from my fathers
friend. His wife worked at this office as
a Acounting.
3. Q : What is your greatest strength?
A : I can adjust to the new surrounding
easily and look forward to my progress
and make efforts for the same, honest
in the work I do, I always try to give my
best to the work assigned to me, I don't
fear to try difficult tasks and I keep
updating myself to be better.
4. Q : What is your greatest weakness?
A : Although I feel I'm pretty good with
computers and commonly used
programs like WORD, EXCEL and PPT,
I feel I have a weakness when these
programs are updated on changed to
new versions. It's not that I can't learn
the NEW way, it just take me a little
while to catch up. I'm usually the one
that has to do the online tutorial
explaining all the new features and
format.
5. Q : How do you handle stress and
pressure?
A : From a personal perspective, I
manage stress by watching movie once
a month, eating some chocolate, eating
delicious food and. It's a great stress
reducer.
6. Q : How do you explain your gap in
employment?
A : My work is important to me, so I
won’t be satisfied with any old job.
Instead of rushing to accept the first
thing that comes my way, I’m taking
my time and being selective to make
sure my next role is the right one
7. Q : Are you more energized by working
with data or by collaborating with
other individuals?
A : I like the validity of information and
also like the energy that comes with
working with people. The best thing
about working in a group is combining
the great minds from different
perspectives and coming up with
something extremely great, compared
with when you're working alone. At the
same time, information can generate
vitality in the project you're working
on. No matter how many heads you've
got together, without information, you
can't go very far. The perfect situation
would be a combination of working

with information and people, and I'm
confident of my abilities in both areas.
8. Q : Why do you want this job?
A : I want this job because I need it to
gain more experience and grow
professionally. I want to improve my
skills and learn many things as soon as
possible. Your company has a good
reputation and strong team. In this
environment, I can combine my
knowledge and experience well. I can
challenge myself and reach my goal.
9. Q : Why should we hire you?
A : I’ve taken the time to educate
myself on some of the software I
regularly use (but didn’t really
understand the ins and outs of). I’m an
Excel wiz now, which means I can work
faster, and take over some of what my
boss would traditionally have had to do
himself. What’s good enough for most
people is never really good enough for
me.
10. Q : What are your salary requirements?
A : I'd like to know more about the
responsibilities and the challenges of
the job prior to discussing salary. I
need to think it over. I’d expect to be
paid the appropriate range for this role,
based on my two years of experience. I
also think a fair salary would bear in
mind the high cost of living here in
Jakarta City.
