- 4. Bullying or intimidation is defined as an aggressive, deliberate act or behavior manifested by a person or group of people repeatedly,. It is addressed to a person (victim) who can not easily defend himself. As a result the victim shows psychological or physical harm. Greece is among the top four countries with the highest rates of pupils involved in bullying. Cyberbullyng or online bullying: it is a form of bullying which is realized through internet. Intimidation through the Internet is any act of bullying, aggression, harassment, terrorist or autocratic behavior that occurs through the use of digital communication devices, in particular the Internet and mobile phones, and results in the psychological disorder of the victim. Cyberbullying has suffered 14% of teenagers in Greece.
