It begins by laying the sheet flat and folding it in half, turning two corners inside out so they fit neatly. The corners are then matched up by inserting a finger into the seam. Next, the sheet is folded in thirds like a letter by bringing the top or bottom edge toward an imaginary center line. The corners are squared off and additional folds are made until the sheet is compactly folded into a neat square, with the elastic edges hidden inside.

a perfect circle.
Step 1: You will have to design the A4 sheet using sketch pens - draw hearts for the Valentine look.
Step 2: Use the circular object to draw perfect circles on the sheets that you just designed.
Step 3: Now, cut out the circles using your scissors.
Step 4: Cut out small strips of sheets from your A4 sheet and write a romantic message on the blank side
so that you can insert it into your fortune cookie.
Step 5: Fold the circle that you just cut into an exact half on the blank side and crease it.
