The University of Maryland Ghost Expedition 2012 involved investigating three locations on campus - Morrill Hall, Rossborough Inn, and the Carriage House - from 8pm to 4am using infrared video cameras, digital audio recorders, and an ITC radio scanner. The investigation found indications of the spirit of Miss Betty at multiple locations, captured direct responses to questions, and supported local legends, but did not prove the existence of ghosts as the equipment used could produce anomalous noises.
