They are comfortable planning entire trips on smartphones, with about two-thirds saying they can plan a trip entirely on a smartphone compared to one-third of older travelers. Millennials also have more confidence in finding complete flight and hotel information on smartphones versus desktop computers. They are more likely than older travelers to purchase flights and book hotels on smartphones after initially shopping on them.
