➢ Responsibilities
• Compressed Air control and utilities system.
• Chill water production and utilities system.
• Ro Plant TDS & conductivity control.
• Cooling Tower troubleshooting and dosing chemicals operation. Antiscalant & Biocide.
• Activation of Ro Membrane & Activation of Carbon, Iron Burn Media.
• Handle Boiler startup and troubleshooting and safe operation.

➢ Responsibilities (Page 1/3) (Erection, Installation & Commissioning)
• Process lay out, drawing. Reading and implementation.
• Erecting & fabrication of Standard Equipment Specially (evaporator, Rector,
Absorber, Steam drum, Steam header) by using ASTM codes.
• Testing of all pressure vessels.
• Supervision of fabricator (methanol & Formaldehyde storage tanks)
in house fabrication.
• Installation of (pumps, HPE. Absorber, storage tanks .compressed air tank,
evaporator, super heater, etc).
• Installation of absorber column and assemble its all parts.
• Filling of packing in absorber column.
• Testing of pumps flow rate & head & ampere at full load stage.

• Critical start of plant with steam flow before final start-up.
• Run boiler at its maximum critical limit to test its safeties.
• Selection of thermocouple for different position of plant.
• Selection of pressure safety valves for steam and air.
• Successfully Complete the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Master.
Startup Activities of the Formaldehyde Production Unit by Silver Catalyst Process.
• FA plant is running SCADA (DCS) loop. Plant is semi automatic.
• Safely install underground methanol storage tanks.
• Installation of sonar/ultrasonic Level indicator on methanol storage tank.
• Purchase UF resin high viscosity slurry pumps and gear pumps
for UF plant.
