- 2. Ecology The study of the interrelationships between organisms and their environment. 2
- 3. Ecosystem A unit of the biosphere in which the community of organisms interacts with the environment. 3
- 4. Abiotic Factors Or non-living factors in an environment that an helps an organism to survive. Including sunlight, air temperature, pressure, mountain slopes, soil, rainfall, land drainage and atmosphere. 4
- 5. Biotic Factors Or living factors in an environment. 5

- 7. Biotic-Biotic Interaction Relationships among biotic factors in the community. As we can see, the bee depends it’s living on the flower and they are both Biotic Factors. 7
- 8. Biotic-Abiotic Interaction Relationships between the community and the physical environment. As we can see, a dog is resting on its cage. This illustrates that the dog is the biotic factor while the cage is the abiotic factor. 8

- 10. Barangay Valenzuela 10 • A peaceful barangay near Barangay Cojuangco and an another way to go to Cabanatuan City.
- 11. Some of the interaction of the living and non-living things is by a store. 11
- 12. And one of the Nutrient Cycle that do exist here is the: 12

- 14. But the ecosystem of the said barangay is affected by throwing garbage's everywhere and on an improper place 14

- 21. And because of this mess, if there is a storm coming, the canals/drainages can be blocked by the plastics, etc. 21
- 22. We also saw a junk shop or a repairing station which is full of used oils and other poisonous liquids. 22
- 23. And this mess can cause LAND/SOIL POLLUTION that can destroy the natural nutrients that we can found on the soil. 23
- 24. It do also have a warehouse of pig pellets/food that can affect many people by it’s smell. 24
- 25. So, let us now clean some mess to prevent the revenge of Mother Earth But, how? 25

- 28. • Planting some plants outside our house. 28
- 29. And we’ve discovered that this Barangay have this Material Recovery Faculty. 29
