En esta l鱈nea, ha manifestado que antes habl叩bamos de gesti坦n del tr叩fico, ahora de movilidad urbana. Este cambio de concepto albergar鱈a una gran importancia, puesto que considerar鱈a que ahora el centro de la movilidad es la persona. As鱈, Mar鱈n ha explicado que hoy nos encontramos ante una oleada de tendencias que impactan en la movilidad, tales como el smart, Big Data, IoT... A su juicio, 辿stas podr鱈an agruparse en cuatro grandes 叩reas de demandas: sociales, de movilidad, tecnol坦gicas y medioambientales. De este modo, esta movilidad inteligente ser鱈a una pieza clave en la gesti坦n de las smart cities, si bien, Mar鱈n ha advertido que no se le est叩 dando la prioridad adecuada, por lo que ha animado a apostar por el establecimiento en un centro de gesti坦n y de operaci坦n de la movilidad que permita asumir este reto para mejorar la movilidad y, en definitiva, la vida en las ciudades.
