- 2. Problem statement There are stagnant communities in Latin America where education is underdeveloped. The quality of education can be improved. Furthermore, there are teachers from the States lacking real world experience. There is a need for an exchange program facilitating teachers in America and their Latin American counterparts in acquiring extensive training and real world experience.
