1. WHAT ARE YOUR VERY FIRST IMPRESSIONS AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO ? I was very surprised, I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
2. Do you know anyone who has used Airbnb or similar to find accomodation in a private home? Was the experience positive ? Would you consider this type of accommodation ? No I dont know anyone who has used Airbnb or other similar To find accommodation. NO
3. What are the advantages of staying in a tourist flat like the ones offered on Airbnb as opposed to staying in a hotel? Cheaper. Airbnb gives you the opportunity to rent an entire home or even a room in a shared space and pay by the night, rather than per person. Having your own space also provides you with a lot more freedom to relax. Possibly even full-stocked kitchen, living room, etc. ADVANTAGES
4. What type of people use Airbnb to find accommodation? All the people who like to travel and didnt want to spend a lot of money in a hotel. I think all type of people could use Airbnb if they want.
5. If you were a homeowner, would you ever consider renting out an extra room or your whole flat to tourists visiting your city ? I wouldnt rent a room because I want to have my space. But I would rent the whole flat because I think that this make people to travel more and to live new experiences. RENT
6. If you were renting out your home to tourists visiting your city, would you have a preference as regards the type of lodger staying in your flat ? I would have no preference, I didnt mind that someone stay in my home if the want to visit the city. RENTING A HOUSE
7. If your flat was listed on Airbnb, what positive features would you mention in order to attract potential lodgers ? Is there anything about your flat that you might play down, or even not mention ? Is near the beach. Its a beautiful flat with a lot of space. Have a big balcony where you could spend a good time. I wouldnt shut up anything because if I were the one that want to rent a flat I dont want that they omit the bad things. POSITIVE FEATURES
8. What do you think its like to live nextdoor to a tourist flat ? How might this type of accommodation causes problems for people whose permanent residence is in the same building or street ? I wouldnt like to have a tourist flat next to my door because a lot of people are enter and exit from the flat everyday. If the tourist that live in a tourist flat make a lot of noise I wouldnt have enough confidence to knock the door and tell the person that live now there that somethings annoying. If I have a tourist flat next to my flat I would try to accustom to this circumstance and try to live the best i could. TOURIST FLATS
9. Airbnb offers three types of rented accommodation: What are the advantages and disadvantages of each ? Which of the three options would you choose ? Entire home the whole living space to yourself. Advantages All the house is for you. You could do what you want. Disadvantages: You would pay more. Private room a bedroom to yourself, but sharing some spaces with others. Advantages: Is Cheaper. Disadvantages: Other people in the same flat.

Shared room sharing your bedroom and the entire living space with another person or persons. Advantages: Is cheaper than the others. Disadvantages: You are not going to be alone. The other people could interrupting you. I prefer to rent the Entire home and pay more. RENTED ACCOMMODATIONS
10. If you were staying in an Entire home and had the run of the place to yourself, would you be tempted to snoop around ? Yes, If alone in an entire home I would tempted to snoop around and see what they have but before I do it I will think if this is a good idea. Depending on how the house look like. SNOOP AROUND
