Customer tracking:
Tracking customers who had major and minor repairs. This
would help us to target those customers for resales and purchase. For
instance, if a laptop/mobile has got a minor repair from us, we can ask
that person to sell that device via us since that device is in a great shape
and will be sold quickly.
Similarly, if a customer has got a major repair and there are chances
of him switching the device, we can target him for buying from us.
Marketing/PR: Sending SMS to the target audience, handling

8. Revenue:
Repair margins are usually high.
Resale brokerage variables are high.
Also, as customers with high earnings are prone to first
hand device purchases, we will deal in resale of devices
corresponding to the needs of medium and lower level
earnings customers.

ensure that human resources of riders and repairmen are
not underutilised.
