11. The overall rating score of the weekly plan shall be taken from the
dashboard as input for the calculation purpose
The scoring of the overall tracking milestone plan will also be
considered for the scoring purpose.

The defect data that is being collated for the dashboard forms a part of the
rating system under Quality Parameter.
For the new projects the quality rating would be on the progress of the work
