Parkour is an activity that involves moving efficiently between points. Students are instructed to work in groups of 4 to plan and choreograph a parkour route on campus within 2 weeks. They must choose a site, design a route and sequence of moves, select contrasting music to accompany their performance, and rehearse their parkour to performance standard while being safe. They will then perform their choreographed parkour twice for an audience while providing headphones playing the chosen music.
