They say I'm a dreamer but I'm not the only one. Thanks to John Lennon this iconic saying has touched millions, and one big reason dreamers go further than people think, I always related highly with this saying, because I honestly do not believe there is not a in the world that a person cannot be without enough determination and faith, dreams are someone's idea, that might seem unrealistic or out of reach because your not readily doing it, or because you hear it is not a good idea.
For example, it is just like running on an empty tank of gas, how can anyone be fueled and geared for a good future if they have no support from others or themselves? This is why most dreams usually will just stay dreams.

Hello my name is Kaylee Pershing, I'm a 26 year old musican, mother of two, Mulitasker (which when your mom I think most people are) and a dreamer! I have always had an over amount of determination, and confidence in my beliefs and perhaps a big reason I see my dreams so vidily. I find myself striving to be my best for myself and others, I have been a guitairst and musican for over 15 years, and I want to help better or alleviate the stress of selecting one worth putting effort into, since so many 15 "min famers" come in and out the door/ net its hard to dechipher whose in it for the regonition and buliding of their name as artist/band, or just in it for the money? And in a world fully digitized finding new music is one of the brodest things you can do anymore with technology, as its virturalluy everywhere, so the choices really have varied, and are coming harder to come by

Ideas are simply someone fixing a problems on something.
For example fast food restaurants were designed to promote the Average Joe on the go, looking for a quick bite to eat, but still having a decent meal in minutes flat, so someone had a simple idea fast food chains. Same goes for some of the most obvious inventions you might find in your home like, a remote, refrigerator, TV, car etc. All these were inventions to fix a problem, and you can tell these are major house hold appliances and assets therefore that one little idea transformed the way as we knew before that new invention revolutionized or opened up a whole new market together.

----- Meeting Notes (9/17/15 10:42) -----
All dreamer needs to get started with their goal in mind, and the first step I say is to believe and start to apply the work yourself.
In other words, my story starts with me receiving my first guitar at 12, I grew with a liking for guitar at an early age, but one performance has stuck with me and gave me notion that, "Hey that could be me." That performance was Jewel's acoustic version of her playing her hit song "You Were Meant For Me." I remember be a little girl hearing it for the first time, and just thinking, "I bet I could do it if I tried." And for me that is all it took to want to master guitar and singing, and overall make myself the musician I saw inside myself. It was a long grueling struggle about 5-6 years of working in various bands as vocalist but never being equipped enough to master both singing and playing, and then one day it finally happened the disgruntled feeling of feeling outshined by so many others, made me sit down and triumphantly tackle this messy technique, but since then it has been more than worth it, because from that point forward I have had the limelight running through my veins, and ready to help others reach their goals as an artist. I grew up in a very small town in Lawrenceville Illinois, that town alone (as most have never heard of it) should tell anyone that you can come from one of the smallest places you have the potential to make great things happen.
I however learned this lesson backwards, as I felt growing up in a smaller town gave me a disadvantage, and I felt that I would benefit moving to a bigger city.
It was not until after High school graduation I decided to make move to Florida and try to expand my name as an artists however life for artist, without the right connections is a complete struggle and you solely have to be your own boss and own motivation to continue the dream.

A seasoned traveler can earn a lot of insight from what their potential clients/consumers/fans think by how well they are connected and relate with them.
I believe any good business owner or public speakers benefit from knowing how to understand and use empathy to their advantage in order to critique the product or service toward their consumers liking. I found in my 7 years sales/customer services experience, that customers what an empathetic listener to their problems, or they just all around want information, and when dealing with a angry or unruly client empathy can be an excellent tool to ease your angry consumer to more well adjusted attitude and allow them to be more open and trust in what your saying, because you took the time to relate with them. This goes the same for anything in business you have to have a relatable product for your consumers to want to buy or invest in. And Musicians are nothing more than salesmen that sell songs and performances rather than a product or service, therefore knowing the room helps alleviate pressure and problems later on. This is a very excellent technique for bands to remain more personable with their fans and potential fans.
I found that since I was enrolled at Full Sail University that the music business is much more digitized that it use to be, in all aspects, listening, purchasing, creating etc. The whole world is digitally-rich with technology on everything to our smart phones, to counters in our house, it really is the future, and the ways traditional ways of the music industry have pretty much completed died out, however why fade when you embrace, and thats what I have been aiming to do with my degree in Music Business.

Every Dreamer has a vision in mind, They just either do not have proper funds, support or overall preparation to carry them through. However that midday fancy of you owning your own brewery while your stuck at a dead in desk job, can transpire in mere moments if you get on the ball and do the work, because in this world no ones just going to reach out and do it for you, you must have a reason.
This again reiterates what was being stated earlier people normally see a problem somewhere in the growing market on a current inventions or product, and think hey this would work better if or this could use this add to it etc. Its all a matter of perspective and if you get that idea rock solid, one day you will see diamonds.

Without proper guidance a dream will easily fall out of focus, that why I would say most people would benefit from doing research, taking classes, talking to others or have already experience similar aspects, and then mold your dream slowly but progressively toward each piece of advice and additive you learn a long the way. Being on top is great but staying there is even better and the only way to do that is staying informed, alert, and in the loop of what is going on in the world around, and the field you plan to pursue, as that is part of your world too!

Accomplishments and Success do not ever happen over night, and if they do their short-lived, that why taking in experiences and finding jobs that suit your dream career or dream, will help in the long run because the knowledge from another company could be a could diagram to show you what they did to be successful and if they still are how are they still continuing, and if they failed why? Knowing these questions will greatly enhance your dreams foundation. Another big issue is most business and anyone with a lot of power and money, will let it go to their head and own pocket before invest and reinventing their old idea into fresh new seeds for tomorrows new ideas to grow.

My vision is one that I have been critiquing for years without even realization of doing so. That is how most great idea will transpire, but without good support it will die quicker than it became a thought.
As I have briefly mention the music industry market is overly saturated with to many new artists to choose from, and hearing a digital recording does not always benefit the listener in terms of realism there is the factor in everything is overly digitized right now you have a decent enough IPhone you can have your very own recording studio in the palm of your hand, along with purchasing audio track editors like Garageband, or Logic Pro, and will transform, and enhance the sounds of your voice, instrument, etc. Therefore the real sound is lost, and so is the connection with the audience. And the new artists all start to same the same, so how can you make you band sound different from the millions out there, you can bring a good stage presence and learn the importance of putting on a good quality show and connecting with your crowd, therefore giving them more of incentive to listen to your music and buy your merchandise. So my overall vision is to create independent record label that catered to the artists and its audiences needs meaning, featured amities such as, a bar and grill, performance/audition stage, band shop, and game rooms, this environment is sure to breed creativity and good time.

The idea is simple, if you have a laid back atmosphere and no pressure or nervousness, everyones having a good time, and really it just about putting on a rocking show that will be unforgettable for your viewers, and be sure to have them coming back for more. Honestly an excellent stage presecnce in your shows can make or break your sales earning carreer as an artists, because this is even how even the most of digitized artitsts are able to easily connect with the crowd, even a simple head bopping to your own music and really feeling the audience hear you, is what it is about, connecting and then projecting, and that is pretty much the basic idea.

In short everyone is happy. The idea is to promote an atmosphere that satisfies everyones needs and therefore makes it easier for the band to play as they have a more susceptible crowd. And if they connect with the audience, much like you would see a comedy or magic act you find participants, and people who engage and interact with the show, this is how we want the audience potential fans/clients to feel. We also want to offer every feature we can from a stage, a restaurant, a bar, games, and lounge area, band/skate apparel and merchandising shop, all while existing in recording studio that has added lessons for (guitar, vocal, and drums) and in house use of instruments and easily collaboration of other bands are something to suit everyones needs.

We want to stick out by having every feature you would need to feel comfortable in an environment to get geared up and perform.
We also want to entertain our guests as well but Overall our competitive advantages stream from the first business aspect is of being record label with various featured amenities.
Being A family styled everything or at least respectable enough you can bring a family in for a meal therefore promoting earlier musicians, although there is a bar and alcohol present we have stick policy on behavioral acting and we will have a heavily monitored security on who drinks and does not..
Being quick to be part of the online crowd as much as live scene.
My competitive advantage is beset through brand mantra:
Musician, Mother, Multitasker, belief will always drive you!
As well as the critiquing of our consumers needs as we plan to adjust the enviorment accordingly to help create that laid- back calming energy. We think overall just our natural abitily to know what you want out of your music and performances will be a surely driven tactic to bring your back again.
The disadvantges are probably accumulating a higher list as again there is over a million and one choices to promote, advertise, and sell yourself in business, and in music. It is very hard to say that this would be something that others have not tried and still the digital reigns, but this is where this business would like to correlate with the online felid as much as live scence so it is a meeting of the best of both world.

We offer makes you happy, that is our overall mission with this idea. Music is not solely about the artist and it never has been, you need a good crowd and participants to take part in your journey, and how can you accomplish that when asking for even something as low as .99 cents to download a track of a band you came across on spotify, yes they caught your attention, but when you go to their concert do they sound the same? This I belive has been a issue for years and caused so bands that might not have been so deserving of the spotlight to reap the record sales benfits but their shows were big distaters, maybe the sound was off, or maybe they were not very personable whatever the reason many big name bands are only one hit wonders due to the nature of how much they tour and interative with the media and their fans.
We want to be that unique process that builds a band either from the ground up and quickly get them some recognition by offering the show opportunities and chance to connect and network, we also want to be that added piece that lacking in your sound, maybe you need a better guitarists for another track, there will be available collaborative musicians looking to take part in someone who might be lacking that signature piece or sound, So the unique really comes for you it just what are you going to bring to the table?
