Oil on canvas
Title -IN SEARCH OF A NEW EARTH
The painting evolves around the five elements
of the nature (earth ,water, fire, air and space).
Through this painting I have tried to show the
current conditions of the earth and a path that
leads to the new earth, in which a baby is
evolving from a seed and the white colored
bird that is carrying peace all around.
Oil on canvas
Title- UNTITLED
Paintings and compositions inspired from different
mediums and places
Inks and soft pastels on paper
TITLE- THE PATH
I have shown how a man is
entering a completely new space
Oil on canvas
TITLE - UNTITLED
Just how important roots
are to tree, hair is to
women.
BACKDROPS using poster
colors and soft pastels
on sheet and acrylic on
canvas respectively.
This is inspired from a
tragic incident called
THE KOMAGATA MARU,
ship carrying 76
passengers from Punjab,
British India, 24 were
admitted to Canada, but
the 352 other passengers
were not allowed to land in
Canada, and the ship was
forced to return to India.
I chose to make the ship
look very fragile, as if it
would break any minute, in
context of the tragic
incident.
