Pushkin Street Not far from our gymnasium there¡¯s Pushkin Street, It¡¯s really gorgeous, I guess, indeed. Just at the start people stop fascinated Admiring silver domes of the church in amazement. There are other monuments in this long-long street: St. Dominick¡¯s chapel where Mitskevich and Pushkin streets meet, The Tax Inspection house hidden by maples, The Eternal Flame that was lighted to soldiers. There¡¯s a music school where one can play the piano, In which one enjoys music and is taught to sing soprano. There¡¯s an athletic field to train your muscles, And a fire brigade with its brave fire fighters. One can¡¯t live without Slonimsky Vestnik edited here. Pushkin Street is number one. A monument to those who perished in the war Reminds us of keeping peace and standing against war. The House with the rhizolithe is an unusual sight Its glass canopy looks nice in the daylight.
