This is a mockup for the Polycom conference add-in.First, the conference organizer opens Outlooks new appointment, click on the Polycom ribbon and (if administrator allows you modify conference setting), you can choose to include recording and streaming. The message body will be created along with dial-in information and recording/steaming link (if applicable).
If HDX is tied to a conference room account, then HDX displays the schedule for the room for the day. If the appointment is private, then the display does not show meeting agenda, the organizer and invitee information
