4. OGX
- Earlier training and planning.
- Every member should be trained on OGX basics (this
should be done in collaboration with TM).
- Create partnerships via MoU’s & contracts with LC’s
abroad. I would suggest that the NPS of respective
LC’s be viewed prior to this (assessed in collaboration
with OD).
- Aim to recruit re-integrated EPs by selling their
experiences.

- Earlier training and planning.
- Create JD’s with partner NGO’s earlier.
- Create partnerships via MoU’s and contracts with
NGO’s, other partners and sponsors.
- Create partnerships via MoU’s & contracts with LC’s

LC’s be viewed prior to this (assessed in collaboration
with OD).

6. CIM
- Database of every LC needs to be accessible to the
entire national plenary.
- Relationships with each university’s IT department
and/or marketing department to be created.

- Strategies need to be finalised before NLS.
- Prospective partners need to be approached before
end of November. Contracts to be drafted in this
period as well.
- Work in collaboration with ICX to create the iGIP
strategy before NLS.

- Ensure that the LC has a comprehensive and working
compendium.
- Ensure all debt is cleared.
- Budgets for the term to be finalised during transition.
- Create a minimum reserve for the LC.
- Create basic contracts for each LCVP, to be edited as
needed.

- Recruitment strategies to be finalised by the end of
NLS. Goals to be set and produced to MCVP.
- Plan effective marketing strategies in collaboration
with CIM.
- Identify training opportunities within the university.
Work with BD to create pricing strategies.

to be as close as possible.
