Bei den R?HM Stirnseiten-Mitnehmern erfolgt die Drehmoment¨¹bertragung stirnseitig, wodurch das aufgespannte Werkst¨¹ck ohne Umspannen auf seiner kompletten L?nge bearbeitet werden kann. Dadurch kann die Rundlaufgenauigkeit wesentlich erh?ht werden.
Die Constant Stirnseiten-Mitnehmer aus dem Hause R?HM werden manuell gespannt.

Entwickelt nach dem Baukastenprinzip, weshalb ein universeller Austausch von Mitnehmer-Scheiben und Zentrierspitzen m?glich ist. Infolge des mechanischen Druckausgleichs ergibt sich eine gleichm??ige Spannkraft, auch bei unebenen Stirnseiten des Werkst¨¹cks.
Durch die federnde Zentrierspitze erfolgt der Werkst¨¹ck-L?ngenanschlag an der Stirnseite.
Neben dem Drehen auf ganzer L?nge kann gleichzeitig eine Nut oder Verzahnung gefr?st werden. Dies kann Umr¨¹sten, z.B. auf einen Schraubstock sparen, was sich in einer Zeit- und Kostenersparnis bemerkbar macht.

The engineering design process is a methodical series of steps that engineers use in creating functional products and processes. The process is highly iterative - parts of the process often need to be repeated many times before another can be entered - though the part(s) that get iterated and the number of such cycles in any given project may vary.
It is a decision-making process (often iterative) in which the basic sciences, mathematics, and engineering sciences are applied to convert resources optimally to meet a stated objective.

The Loretto Chapel in Santa F¨¦, New Mexico has attracted visitors with the mystery of its staircase for over 130 years. When the chapel was completed in the 19th century, the nuns discovered there was no staircase to the second level. After 9 days of prayer, a carpenter appeared and built the staircase himself without any nails or glue. The staircase stands on its own without a central support beam, and the wood type is not local. The carpenter then disappeared without payment. It's believed he may have been Saint Joseph answering the nuns' prayers. The identity and origins of the carpenter and staircase remain a mystery.
