To Whom It May Concern,
It is my pleasure to be writing on behalf of Christian Bezzi, a highly motivated,
intelligent, and independent worker who would be an asset to any enterprise.
I first met Christian a year ago, when he volunteered to work on an industrial logistics
project I was supervising. Throughout the duration of the project, Christian proved
himself to be an ideal worker. When presented with the logistics companys problem,
Christian quickly grasped the scope and nature of the situation, and immediately began to
envision a solution. Drawing on his VBA proficiency, Christian created a VBA solution
to efficiently read and analyze the companys files and output the desired results. The
logistics company was extremely pleased with Christians work, and I fully share their
assessment.
More important than his success, however, is the wholly professional manner in which
Christian conducted his work. He displayed excellent initiative, confronting and
resolving problems on his own whenever possible. Moreover, he avoided the trap of
working too independently instead, realizing that his work had to be completed to
satisfy the expectations of the sponsor logistics company, Christian arranged and held his
own consultations with the company representative at appropriate junctures of his work.
Christians work itself is another testament to his professional excellence. He
surmounted some difficult obstacles in his work, and cleverly avoided others,
demonstrating his ability not only to solve hard problems, but also to judge when a
different approach could turn a hard problem into an easy one. All through the project,
Christian displayed an outstanding work ethic, once even offering to affect a trans-
Atlantic telecommute over his holiday break!
Overall, Christian Bezzi has proved himself to be one of the very best Masters students I
have encountered at Georgia Tech in terms of combined professionalism, initiative, and
innate abilities. I have no doubt that Christian will be a valuable asset to whichever
company is lucky enough to hire him, and I urge you to give him all due consideration.
Sincerely,
Joel S. Sokol
