Project-based learning is a dynamic classroom approach in which students actively explore real world problems and challenges and acquire a deeper knowledge on the subject. MYP students of SNIS apply the same learning technique for Chemistry & Biology as well. On one such project, students were asked to came up with some interesting experiments and explain the principle behind that, which was part of their assessment for RT-4. Some of the experiments were: Invisible ink experiment, fractional distillation, Volcano experiment, Kidney model, Chromatography of chlorophyll, reaction of aspirin with oil and water and many more. Students enjoyed their projects a lot and showed s lot of enthusiasm while preparing for it.
