Persuasion Attempts to influence others attitudes or behaviors. In the comic, - Lim tries to tell Ben how successful he is after he went to work in the city to persuade Ben to develop his future in the city. - After Ben thinks about it, he decided to work in the city to have a successful future like Lim.
Self-esteem The 4th needs inAbraham Maslow Hierarchy of Needs. In the comic, - Ben has very high self-esteem when he first started work. He strives to be more successful than his other colleagues. - Unfortunately, that self-esteem of his wasnt enough for him to get clients. Thus, he didnt do well in his job.
Observational Learning Watching others engage in behaviors and then repeating those actions. In the comic, - Ben accepted his colleague advise and start to observe what the other colleagues did to be success. - Whatever things he observe, he applied it into his doings.
Evolutionary Perspective Focuses on the physical and biological predispositions as evolutionary adaptations to the physical or social environment. In the comic, - Ben starts to cheat to gain extra profit on his work and achieve his monthly target. - Ben used to be honest, but now he choose to be dishonest because he want to survive and success in his career.
Post-Decision Resonance The sour grapes, people will devalue the option not selected when reject one appealing choice in favor of another. In the comic, - After the incident, Ben regrets that he choose to be dishonest when he can continue to be honest and put more effort to achieve what he want.
