Alexander Chulapov successfully completed the World Bank Group's MOOC on Public-Private Partnerships with distinction on July 14, 2015. The course outlined the role of PPPs in delivering infrastructure services to support national and economic growth and provide basic services, as many developing country governments struggle to develop and maintain infrastructure on their own. The course was led by Fernanda Ruiz Nunez, Jane Jamieson, and Dianne Rudo of the World Bank Group.
