Arrange guest lectures and conclaves by Industry experts for
students
Proper use of Infrastructure fund
Upgrade the facilities and amenities provided to the students with the
upcoming technologies. e.g. 24 Hours wifi in College Campus, E-
Library
Undertake certain activities to increase the ratings of the college
Training and Placement Committee
Provide proper internet facilities to the TP Cell to increase presence
in social media
Participation of students in the TP Cell activities, this will stimulate
9. TEAM LEARNING
Using the Cause Effect diagram the team was able to find
many causes for the problem Poor placement of the
students
With the help of Why-Why-Why logic we were able to
discovered the intermediate causes and the root cause of
the problem
The college should make the students aware of the different
processes and eligibility criteria of the different companies
College also must take efforts to increase the overall rating
of the college
The Training & Placement Cell should increase the
networking and take efforts to get companies in the campus
