The document lists the maximum qualifying speeds of drivers in three sections of the qualifying session for an Formula 1 race in Brazil in 2012. In the first section, Pastor Maldonado had the top speed of 313.2 kph and Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button were among the fastest. In the second section, Maldonado again had the top speed but it dropped to 257 kph, while Nico Rosberg, Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen were toward the front. In the final section, Rosberg had the fastest speed of 315.1 kph and the top ten were within 2 kph of each other.
