For teachers, it can be challenging to equip a large group of children each day while preparing them to succeed in life. If you want to thrive in your role as a teacher, there are a few qualities that you need to have while in the classroom.
P A T I E N C E Whether youre teaching first-graders or have a classroom of teenagers, patience is often required on a daily basis when working with kids. There will be times you students will act out in class and will require disciplinary action. Each child will also learn at their own pace, which will require patience as you remain attentive to the needs of each student.
