RASS HR is a web-based human resource management system that provides basic HR functionalities such as employee information management, leave accounting, payroll processing, health insurance management, and HR policies and procedures management. It covers functions like personal details, employment history, salary processing, leave application workflows, health insurance claims management, and controlled authoring of HR documents. The system is built using ASP.Net and SQL Server databases and allows for customization and extension of features according to customer needs.

Human Resource management is a common business management function that most SME businesses have in some form. RASS HR, a web based computer software application has been created to provide basic human resource management functionalities. Additional customised functionalities are added as per customer's requirements.  RASS HR is a module of RASS sme. HR department website is managed through RASS Page. RASS HR is integrated into HR website. HR policies and procedures are managed through RASS DocLib which has inbuilt functionality for managing controlled documents. RASS TestPro facilitates recruitment process by taking professional tests and evaluating training effectiveness. RASS sme offers employee collaboration tools and integrates Employee Apps. Server hardware is entry level HP server. An organisation may have few other requirements not met by functionalities provides by RASS Products forming base solution. RASS covers these additional requirements by adding custom built applications. RASS Solutions will also provide integration interfaces with already existing databases.
