Reciprocal actions refer to actions done to each other. The reflexive pronouns "se" and "nos" are used to express reciprocal actions. Examples given include lovers hugging and kissing each other, and people usually greeting each other with a hug and handshake.

       Reciprocal Actions Sometimes the reflexive pronouns se and nos are used to express the idea “(to) each other.” these are called reciprocal actions.
       Reciprocal Actions Los novios se abrazaban y se besaban. The bride and groom were hugging each other and kissing each other.
       Reciprocal Actions Por lo general nos saludábamos con un abrazo. También nos dábamos la mano. We usually greeted each other with a hug. We also would shake hands.
