This project was qualified by the Central University of Venezuela with the highest grade (20 out of 20 points).  The project involved the design and simulation of the electronic device (hardware and software) for national production, intended to allow power factor correction in real time for the auxiliary electrical substations of the company’s facilities located in Propatria (Caracas, Venezuela). It was based on PIC microcontrollers and IGBT solid state devices without the use of electromechanical components (contactors). Languages Spanish: Fluent (native language).
