Projects Handled:
1. Global Newton- (2015-2016, Bangalore)
Its a project of HP to integrate multiple legacy application into a global system for
AMS/EMEA and APJ region. This include 18IT asset retirement for PPS EMEA business.
Standardization and simplification of 59% process and streamline the application. The project
also help in future investment (invest only once, vs investments in each region today) and
globalization of improvements.
Being an Extended Team member and subject matter expert for master data for EMEA region
I participated in Global Newton project to perform Master Data gap analysis and provide
valuable input for further development of the Project.
Successful in aligning PSG Consumer MD with Global system, Enabling >150 HP partners to
provide repair services to retailers and end users.
Its a project to restrict non-CSR parts orders for over 23 Contact Center Customer operating
in EMEA region. The project helped in identifying right CSR part for a specific unit and hence
avoiding any wrong or non-CSR part shipment to end users.
2. BOM Accuracy (2014-2015, Bangalore)
Its the project for PDM team to improve the accuracy level of Notebook as well as Desktop
BOMs (Bill of material) in wizpart system. Product and part linking check in terms of multiple
parts linked under the same commodities. Highlighting the missing BOM and missing AV
number to the PLM and timely updating it to the wizpart system.
The main aim of this project is to reduce the cost as well as the repair partner escalation
regarding the right part order from wizpart and wrong part shipment.
This project also helped in streamlining the Matrix file at the PLM end.
II. Organization : Wipro BPO, Hyderabad
