Sam Raman has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a civil engineer and chartered quantity surveyor. He has worked on large residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Dubai, India, and other countries worth billions of dollars. His roles have included commercial director, senior commercial manager, and vice president of contracts and cost management. Currently he is working on projects in India including luxury residential towers, retail/office buildings, and a golf community development.
