By Tamara Freitas June 20th, 2013. That was the date scheduled for the first protest in a city of about 350,000 people. Adding it up, more than 13,000 people agreed to the popular manifestation on a page specially created for the event in Franca, state of São Paulo. About 10,000 of people left the comfort of their homes and marched on the downtown streets of the city. On the same day, a million of Brazilians went to street to protest in cities around the country.
