SEWELL PARK SCHEMATIC QUESTIONS
1. Please confirm that only (no CMU divider walls) 1" HDPE toilet partitions are to used. Currently
there are 4" CMU dividing walls used in conjunction with the 1" toilet partitions.
2. Are the following existing equipment to be reused:
a. Reach in cooler with Coke emblem on the top
b. Reach in cooler with bottle stacking racks by True
c. Popcorn Machines - 2
d. Reach in freezer
e. Nacho Cheese warmer
f. Equipment pictured below
g. Icee Machine
h. Any equipment to be reused not noted above.
3. Is there a make or model of ice maker that is requested? Do you want a flake ice machine.
4. Should we allow for future soda dispensers?
5. Should there be allowances for other future machines such as a flavored ice?
6. Is there a make or model number requested for the hotdog bun warmer?
7. Please review the concession stand layout for equipment location and function. The half walls
are to provide electrical connections above and below counters without having to put in floor
outlets.
8. Please confirm request to have the rolling concession doors to be on the outside of the building.
Interior installation will provide better protection for door.
9. Is there a particular manufacturer of toilet accessories or model number that is requested.
10. Do we need to allow for any ball stop fencing at the warm up area.
