500 red, white and blue balloons will be released at the start of the 'Some Gave All 5k Road Race.' Balloon tags will be for sale for $1.00 each at Oglethorpe Armory prior to the event and during the Packet Pickup on race day from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Rafe Banks Park.
