                                   Job Description

 •   Sourcing the Relevant Profiles from sources like Head hunting, Industry Mapping,
     References and Portals.
 •   Organizing the candidates for interview with head of departments and finally with
     Managing Director.
 •   Issuing offer and appointment letters to the selected candidates. Ensuring the
     candidates to join on the given date through following up.
 • To coordinate with the finance for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries
     for new joiners, separation cases, unpaid leave.
 •   Completing all the formalities of employees after joining like issuing ID cards,
     visiting cards & collecting personal data, corporate salary account etc., and
     coordinating the Induction program with all the departments.
 •   Maintaining employee’s record right from joining to till exit. Maintaining leave
     registers forms submitted by all the employees.
 •   Monitoring & maintaining attendance register and paying salaries accordingly for
     contract employees at factory.
 •   Collecting the exit feedback from the employees who have resigned.
