1. About WORLDCHEFS:
The World Association of Chefs' Societies is a non-political professional organization, dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards
of global cuisines.
We accomplish these goals through education, training and professional development of our international membership. As an authority and opinion
leader on food, WORLDCHEFS represents a global voice on all issues related to the culinary profession.
SUSTAINABILITY EDUCATION FOR CULINARY PROFESSIONALS
TRAINER CODE OF CONDUCT
As a trainer, I agree to follow these obligations below to ensure that the training is deemed
professional, informative and scientifically corrected for the trainees :
1. I must present facts in the provided course materials without distortion, bias, or personal
prejudice.
2. My views, thoughts, and opinions expressed during the course belong solely to me, and do not
represent the opinions of neither Worldchefs as an organization nor Feed The Planet as an
initiative.
3. I must discuss with Worldchefs Office before making any modification to the course materials to be
delivered.
4. I must maintain sound mental health, physical stamina, and social prudence necessary when
delivering the course.
5. I must comply with written local school / workplace policies and applicable laws and regulations
that are not in conflict with this code of conducts.
6. In a context of mutual respect, I should be open and responsive to constructive feedback regarding
my practice and, if necessary, seek appropriate support, advice and guidance.
7. I must NOT use the title of Feed The Planet Sustainability Education Trainer to gain personal or
biased advantages outside the delivery of the course.
8. I must NOT deliver the Worldchefs Sustainability Education for Culinary Professionals as an
independent profit-generating course.
9. I act with honesty and integrity in all aspects.
10. I respect the privacy of others and the confidentiality of information gained in the course of
professional practice, unless a legal imperative requires disclosure or there is a legitimate concern
for the wellbeing of an individual.
11. I must share with Worldchefs Office the Performance Evaluation and statistics after delivering
Worldchefs Sustainability Education for Culinary Professionals to a group of trainees.
Should I transgress from any of these before mentioned rules, I understand that I may be received
or revoked trainer license by Worldchefs.
I understand and acknowledge all of the points above and will conform to this code of conduct as
a Feed The Planet Sustainability Education Trainer.
