This document summarizes several human clinical studies that evaluated the effects of consuming Tahitian Noni Juice (TNJ). The studies found that drinking 2 ounces of TNJ twice daily for 1-3 months showed:
1) A reduction in free radicals and DNA damage in heavy smokers.
2) Positive effects on blood lipid profiles in heavy smokers such as decreased total cholesterol and LDL, and increased HDL.
3) Improvement in quality of life scores and reduced fatigue in post-menopausal women.
4) Reduced blood pressure in hypertensive subjects.
5) Reduced joint pain and increased mobility in subjects with cervical spondylosis.
