Non-profit advocacy organization in Washington, D.C.; offices around the country Transform public consciousness and mobilize people to take action and make a difference Working with grassroots organizations Economically and environmentally viable future in mind Safe, wholesome, humane, sustainable, and public!
Planning a Winning Campaign Find an organization to work with (check! REAL) Set a SPECIFIC goal (giving out reusable water bottles, install a water-filling station, dining services stop selling bottled water) Find allies on campus! (Geo Club, faculty, staff, students, Glassboro city council and water department) Resources needed? Identify target (Harris? RU Green? Sodexo? Rowan?)
Develop and Carry Out Tactics! Bottled water-free events Screening a film (Blue Gold, Tapped, Thirst, FLOW: For the Love of Water) Class presentations Visual artistic displays (:D) TAP WATER VS. BOTTLED WATER TASTE TEST!   Must make sure tactics are successful in pressuring the intended target(s)
