TAPESCRIPT SITI SYAIRAH BT ZULKEFLE ºÝºÝߣ 1 - Title slide Introducing the topic which is Part of Speech, our particulars and lecture¡¯s name and the name for this course. ºÝºÝߣ 2 This slide shows eight part of speech. They are nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, preposition, conjunction and interjnction. I only present for all of these except preposition and intrajunction. ºÝºÝߣ 3 This slide shows the meaning of the nouns and basically highlight the different types of nouns. They are abstract nouns, concrete nouns, common nouns, proper nouns, countable nouns and uncountable nouns. This slide also shows some examples word for each types of nouns. ºÝºÝߣ 4 Nouns is the one of the part of speech. I believed that you can understand what is nouns properly. I prepared some exercise. You can read the sentence and circle for the word that shows nouns. ºÝºÝߣ 5 This slide shows the types of pronouns including their examples for the each types. There are six types of pronouns which is personal pronouns, demonstrative pronouns, interrogative pronouns, intensive pronouns and indefinite pronouns. Do you already understand about nouns. To improve your understanding, I already prepared some exercise for you.
ºÝºÝߣ 6 Pronouns is the one of the part of speech. I believed that you can understand what is pronouns properly. I prepared some exercise. You can read the sentence and circle for the word that shows pronouns. ºÝºÝߣ 7 Adjective is a word that describe a person or things. There are types of adjective. They are positive adjective which describe nouns, comparative adjectives which is word that we use to make comparison between two nouns and lastly superlative adjectives which is word that show us which things is the best ºÝºÝߣ 8 To enhance your knowledge about adjective, do underline the adjective in the given sentences.. ºÝºÝߣ 9 Verb is a word or group of words that express an action or a state. This slide highlights the different types of verbs and their examples. They are auxiliary verb that also called as helping verb, stative verbs which is verbs that express a state rather than an action and then we also have dynamic verbs. Dynamic verbs are the opposite of stative verbs. They express a real action. ºÝºÝߣ 10 Let¡¯s do the question as a revision for what I present just now. ºÝºÝߣ 11 Let¡¯s do the question as a revision for what I present just now. Underline the linking verb and circle the word that linked by verb.
ºÝºÝߣ 12 The next slide is about the adverbs. An adverb is a word that describes or gives more information about a verb, an adjective, another adverb, or even the entire sentence. There are seven types of adverbs which is adverbs of manner, adverb of place, adverbs of frequency, adverbs of duration, adverbs of probability and last but not least adverbs of time. ºÝºÝߣ 13 Okay move on to the next exercise. Do read the instrction before you answered it. ºÝºÝߣ 14 Underline the adverb and identify what it is modyfying. ºÝºÝߣ 15 Let¡¯s do exercise. We already do exercise in each topic. Now you have to identify first the question are about the noun, pronouns, adverb, verb and adjective. Read the question carefully. ºÝºÝߣ 16 Let¡¯s check the answer. Do a correction by your own. ºÝºÝߣ 17 Lets check the answer. Do pay attention and correct your own. ºÝºÝߣ 18 The exercise are given to enhance your knowledge and understanding. Here are the answer.
