This technical architect position is responsible for providing enterprise architecture recommendations and strategy, communicating between functional and technical teams, preparing design documents, leading technical implementations, ensuring quality deliverables are on time, and adhering to best practices. Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a computer science or related degree, advanced coding and database knowledge, leadership experience, strong communication skills, and ability to handle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

Technical Architect Responsibilities for the Technical Architect: • Provide enterprise architecture recommendations and strategy for technical projects and implementations. • Provide critical communication and subject matter expertise between the functional and technical teams. • Prepare functional and technical design documents. • Lead technical teams in implementing functional and technical design. • Complete assigned deliverables with the following expectations; quality deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations and are on-time with successful utilization of assigned hours. • Quality control and assurance of technical specifications and deliverables. • Adhere to company and department best practices for technical services. Qualified candidates should possess: • At least 5 years experience in designing, developing, and testing web applications. • Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Web Development, Interactive Technologies, or equivalent work experience. • Advanced knowledge of coding standards and best practices • Advanced knowledge of one or more programming languages, preferably force.com, Java and .Net or others. • Advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and database design. • Supervisory and/or leadership experience on complex technical projects/implementations. • A positive and personable attitude, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. This requires advanced oral and written communications skills. • Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple assignments while meeting all deadlines
