If that provider is Kevin, with Remitech Solutions, then you are absolutely correct! I honestly got far more than I thought I had any right to expect from Kevin and his team. The frequency of communication, attention to detail, and level of professionalism they exhibited was simply beyond reproach. Not only did Kevin go out and find a much better theme for my website than the one I had been considering, but when he found a security issue in the theme, he patched it himself, and then contacted the theme developer to let them know of the issue. I mean, there was no reason that he had to do that, other than that it was the right thing to do. It is a testament to his integrity and genuine desire to help others... Kevin was VERY responsive and communicative throughout the project. He was fielding questions for me at 2am during Thanksgiving weekend, for goodness sake; the man is dedicated to his work (and thus, to my project). I have worked with a number of providers here on Elance, and I can safely say that Kevin @ Remitech Solutions is one of the finest that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The owner took a hands on approach and completed the project in a timely fashion in far less time than other contractors who submitted bids(and estimated time) for our project. Remitech was thorough, after submitting an initial bid based on our Scope of Work document, Remitech was the only company that requested an opportunity to review our website and to speak with us prior to submitting a final quote. We agreed on the estimated time and Remitech stayed on schedule and kept us updated every step of the way. Remitech did a very good job of explaining the details of their work and made functional adjustments to the site that should benefit us in the long run. This was our first time using Elance and thanks to the performance of Remitech it won't be our last.
