Meet Stephanie. Stephanie is a repeat transferee, and a key resource for her employer.
About six years ago... Stephanie graduated from college with big plans and an offer from a successful retail company.
She was renting a studio apartment in Atlanta, but her employer needed her expertise in the company’s New York headquarters.
As a new hire... She's single, Owns a car, And has one cat She's given a lump sum.
Stephanie soon becomes an invaluable expert on the company’s brand and navigating the buyer’s journey. After a few years, she is selected, along with a group of other top performers and the company’s marketing director, to relocate to the Chicago office to help launch an online customer community.
At this point in her career... She's renting, No longer has her car, But still has her cat She's given a lump sum.
After a successful launch at the Chicago office and a few more years there of refining her expertise, Stephanie is asked to relocate back to the New York headquarters as brand director.
