Rise Against Poverty (RAP) is an organization that aims to provide relief to the poor in all aspects of life and raise standards of living. It works in 5 countries to promote education, health, nutrition, water/sanitation, and protect children from exploitation. RAP's vision is a world where basic rights are met for all individuals. It is funded by donations and partners with grassroots organizations to implement innovative ideas that help millions of children.

The Situation . India as a nation suffers intense poverty and on the streets, children are extremely vulnerable to abuse and corruption. Education is ultimately the childrens way out of this dangerous and uncertain life situations.
ABOUT US RAP is the Rise against Poverty RAP is of a world where the basic rights of every INDIVIDUAL will be met. RAP works in only 5 countries to promote and protect the rights of individuals. we supports child health and nutrition, clean water and sanitation, quality basic education for all boys and girls, and the protection of children from violence, exploitation, and HIV.
RAP has the global authority to influence decisionmakers, and the variety of partners at grassroots level to turn the most innovative ideas into reality. That makes RAP unique among others and unique among those working with the young. All our work is funded by the voluntary contributions of individuals, businesses, foundations and governments . Through contact with RAP ,the lives of millions of children have been changed for the better. Together, we can do so much more.

MISSION Provide them with immunization and nutrient ensuring that they have chances to join formal school. Exposing and preventing exploitive child labour practices and running preventive programs
During emergencies we provide emergency supplies as well ensure that children are protected in safe places as well continue schooling THE FOUNDATION OF EVERY STATE IS THE EDUCATION OF ITS YOUTH
HOW YOU CAN HELP Walking past a beggar and the suffering, a man asks, "Why, oh God, do you not do something for these people?" To which God replied, "I did do something, I made you." -- Old Sufi saying Here are a few ways how you can help: 1. Donate to RAP and change a life today!
