The tortoise and rabbit lived happily in the forest with other animals but had an argument about who was faster. They decided to have a race watched by the other animals to settle it. Though the rabbit ran fast initially, it stopped to rest while the slow but steady tortoise continued walking, crossing the finish line first before the rabbit could catch up.

- 5. But one day they had an argument about who was faster.
- 6. They decided to go on a race to find who was better. Finally they went on a race infront of all the animals.
- 7. As everyone know, the rabbit ran very fast but the tortoise walked slowly.
- 8. After sometime, rabbit looked back and the tortoise was far behind.
- 9. The rabbit decided to take rest for sometime and run again.
- 10. The rabbit slept. The tortoise walked slowly and crossed the rabbit.
- 11. The rabbit woke up suddenly and saw that the tortoise was nearing the winning post.
- 12. The rabbit started to run.
- 13. But, the tortoise won the race.
