Training and development of student leaders who are working with 13
universities and colleges in a two state region to perform large scale
community service projects and fundraising programs.
Increased student involvement by 15% in each school.

I have been involved with this organization for
nine years (2000-Present) and have steadily rose
through the offices from student Governor to
District Administrator in only 5 years.

Director of Day Admission Services Lindenwood Univ.
(2000-2009)
Planned and developed the current admission requirements and
procedures for the Day Admissions office. Planned large scale
enrollment events and recruiting events. Worked with PR to
develop and create new recruiting material. Helped with the
training and development of 15 recruiters and 25 student
ambassadors.
Successfully promoted from recruiter to Director
in three years. While recruiting, consistently held
the highest record for each term while
developing new procedures for each recruiter to
follow.

Program Coordinator Family Support Services (2000-2006)
Managed, developed, and trained employees for a program that
taught developmentally disabled adults to handle day to day
activities as well as learn new and exciting things taught in the
college classroom setting.
Successfully received funding for this program
through grants, and fundraising efforts for six
years. Graduated at least 60-75 students each
term.

Patient Care Coordinator Associated Internists (1994-1999)
Management of an office staff of fifteen working with 5 internists.
Worked with patient information and billing. Trained employees
and implemented new patient procedures and new computer
systems that enhanced the overall profit of the office.
Retrieved over $400,000 in bad debt with
facilitation of the billing office. Successfully
transferred all patient information to enhanced
computer system in record time to alleviate
computer issues for physicians.

Work with an organization that wants to enhance their
