The only way to become a MONK is upon THEMONKs personal invitation.
JUST A FEW SIMPLE RULES

#01. 	 MONKs commit to confidentiality about other MONKs they might meet while working on projects
#02. 	 MONKs can rely on collaborators of their choice. Its up to them to quote the cost of their
	 contribution and pay them
#03. 	 A MONK can propose another MONK to THEMONK
#04. 	 A MONK can use projects he/she worked on for self-promotion
#05. 	 If a MONK brings in a new client, he gets THEMONKs remuneration
#06. 	 To THEMONK a MONK is always a MONK even if he doesnt take part in any project
#07. 	 A MONK can drop out of THEMONK anytime he/she wants
